Report on Identified Best Practices related to Human Rights protection with focus on foreign inmates rights in 6 countries

The realization of this Report is based on the reports of 6 countries. The main objective of this Report is the introduction of “national prison” practices on the management of foreign prisoners, legal frameworks, and practices that are presented by country reports and recommendations, in different countries (Italy, France, Spain, Albania, Montenegro, and Greece), in order to plan the configuration of the contents of training tool in the next stage of the Project.
